Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Payment made against a service cannot be cancelled, refunded, or adjusted to any other service.
2. This payment is made towards C.C. Charges only. Please ensure that you make online payment within the stipulated date mentioned in the demand bill to avoid disconnection of service or payment of penalties.
3. For C.C. Charges amount paid through online, on confirmation from the bank that the amount paid has been credited to the society bank account, a separate receipt will be issued. As soon as the receipt is generated, the amount will be credited to the C.C. Charges account of the respective service. Simultaneously, an SMS will be forwarded (subject to the registration of the mobile number at GM Hospital).
4. Any legal disputes should be limited to GM Hospital jurisdiction.
5. Wallets: 2.00% on the Transaction Value.
6. Please note that your payment is specific to this appointment slot only. Any change later in the chosen slot or doctor will be treated as a fresh appointment, and your previous booked appointment will be canceled and refunded.
7. Please visit the hospital for appointment confirmation. The appointment time may vary based on the availability of the doctor. For immediate appointment confirmation, please pay online.
8. Registration fee is applicable during your hospital visit for 1st-time (new) patients only. Please ignore if you are an existing patient.
9. Due to unavoidable circumstances, your booked slot might get canceled or rescheduled. You will be informed about the same as early as we can, and the amount paid against the appointment will be refunded.
10. In a scenario where the current appointment slot with a doctor is rescheduled either by the hospital or the individual, the original appointment will be canceled, and the payment amount will be refunded. You will pay for the rescheduled appointment during your hospital visit.
11. This appointment is for the selected patient only and is not transferable.
